We accept returns on all full-price orders within 14 days from the day the merchandise is delivered. A 10% restocking fee will be charged to all returned orders. The merchandise must be returned in the exact condition in which it was shipped in order to receive a refund.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend purchasing tracking and insurance, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost/damaged returns.
To return items please contact email@example.com. Be sure to include your name, and order number in the subject line of the email. Return Authorizations are given via e-mail only.
Please include with your return a copy of your order slip. Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed. You will receive a confirmation by email when your return is complete.
Our products are one of a kind and sell out quickly. We suggest if you would like to do an exchange, and it meets the requirements, place a new order for the exchange bag to insure you get the one you want.
We cannot pull a bag from the website before we process the returned item. Please make sure to be in contact with us about your exchange.
